India’s got Vibrancy, says Jim Farley
In a recent interview to NDTV Profit, Jim Farley, Group Vice President (Marketing and Communications) at the Ford Motor Company, spoke about the vibrancy of the Indian market, the differences between Indian and Chinese car buyers, and challenges of communicating the Ford’s brand promise in India.
About India, he said, “This is a very unique market, the customers are very demanding and they have a pride point in owning a vehicle that you don’t see anywhere else.” Watch the full interview here.

Will look forward to a test drive the car. I hope Ford opens company owned service centers in India. That brings more accountability that lacks n dealer owned service center. After sales is major issue in India trust me on this. Regards

Hi Keanu, Ford has been been working hard on lowering its cost of ownership. We have been continuing to increase our dealer network, launched several initiatives such as our 90 minutes quick service, roadside assistance, quality care initiatives in sales and service, etc.
