Ford spoke to India’s favourite bloggers!
At the sidelines of the world’s most exciting consumer technology trade show in Las Vegas held in January—CES 2011—a few senior managers at Ford Motor Company spoke to India’s favourite bloggers: Kamla Bhatt (of the Kamla Show) and Kiruba Shankar.
As Kamla and Kiruba posed them one question after another, we got some unusual and interesting responses and insights from the guys who know cars best. Jim Farley (Group Vice President, Global Marketing, Sales and Service, Ford Motor Company), spoke extensively about marketing Ford cars globally, and shared some gems. Our pick: “India is the best in the world for mobile marketing. No one does cellphone advertising as good as India.” Watch his interview below:

Meanwhile, Kamla spoke to Venkatesh Prasad, or the “What’s Next” guy at Ford. Officially, he is Group & Tech Leader, Ford Infotronics R&D). Watch the video as Venkatesh explains the importance of information and infotronics in a car, and don’t miss his “rain falling” example. That’s when you know: technology and cars are a great combo!
